Our products come with a limited lifetime warranty, provided they are used under normal conditions and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. If repairs are required during this period, our after-sales technicians will inspect the product to validate that warranty terms have not been violated. Once approved, we’ll gladly assist with the repair.

4. Products that Were Not Repaired By Third Parties

 

Products repaired by unauthorized technicians or third parties are not covered. Please reach out to our in-house technicians for assistance.

 

 

2. Proof of Purchase

 

Retain your email receipt as it serves as proof of purchase and is required for warranty claims.

5. Warranty Period Compliance

 

Products must be within their warranty period. Claims for returns or repairs can be made within 14 days of receipt or the duration specified by the warranty terms.

 

3. Undamaged Products

 

The warranty does not cover products damaged due to improper use, such as dropping, submerging in liquids, or disassembly. If an accident occurs, contact us for repair or return options.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following:

 

Wear and Tear: Damage from normal use over time.

Misuse or Abuse: Improper use or visual signs of misuse.

Non-Branded Items: Items not branded by our company, even if sold with our products.

Expired Consumables: Consumables past their guaranteed lifecycle.

Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs by third parties or unauthorized technicians.

Force Majeure: Damage due to natural disasters or unforeseen events.

Unauthorized Spare Parts: Damage caused by non-authorized parts or consumables.

Improper Cleaning: Failure resulting from improper cleaning or removal of foreign materials.

Expired Warranty Period: Claims made after the warranty period has ended.
